How We Control Electric Order Picker Production
High-level picking requires coordinated travel, lifting and operator protection. Our 5–10 QC personnel inspect structural connections, drive response, platform movement, safety controls and finished assembly before each electric stock picker is prepared for shipment.
Picking Platform Assembly
The operator deck, guardrails, access gate and load area are fitted to create a practical elevated workstation for individual stock picking tasks.
Travel and Lift Integration
Drive motors, batteries, lifting components, wiring and onboard controls are connected and checked for responsive movement, raising and controlled lowering.
Picking Height Safety Checks
Finished units are checked for travel, braking, lifting, emergency lowering, platform gate condition, control response and stability throughout the working range.
Factory Supply for Warehouse Picking Operations
Our factory coordinates steel preparation, mast production, platform assembly, drive and lift integration, QC inspection, packing and loading supervision. This structured workflow provides clearer order follow-up for importers, distributors and warehouse solutions providers.
