How We Control Aerial Work Platform Production
Elevated operation requires more than a successful lifting cycle. Our 5–10 QC personnel check structural connections, control response, platform movement, safety functions and finished assembly condition before each electric lift platform is prepared for shipment.
Deck and Guardrail Assembly
The work deck, guardrails, access gate and connection points are fitted to create a complete elevated work area for routine warehouse and facility tasks.
Hydraulic and Electrical Integration
Hydraulic cylinders, pump units, batteries, wiring and operating controls are connected and checked for responsive lifting and controlled platform descent.
Safety and Stability Checks
Finished units are reviewed for raising, lowering, emergency controls, braking, wheel movement, platform condition and base stability across the working range.
Factory Supply for Maintenance and Access Projects
