Multi-Height Mast Production
Mast frames are prepared for the selected 1400, 2000 or 2500 mm configuration, with checks covering straightness, mounting consistency and carriage travel clearance.
A hydraulic drum lifter handling trolley must lift and position cylindrical loads without allowing the drum to shift unexpectedly. Our production process therefore connects mast alignment, gripping mechanism geometry, hydraulic response, base width and wheel positioning as one complete handling system rather than treating them as separate components.
With 10 production lines and more than 10 years of material handling equipment experience, we manufacture hydraulic drum lifters in 1400, 2000 and 2500 mm lifting configurations. The range supports factories, warehouses and industrial material transfer, while organized scheduling provides stable bulk supply and OEM drum handling equipment production.
1400, 2000 and 2500 mm lifting-height configurations
Mechanical drum gripping and guided vertical movement
Manual hydraulic lifting with controlled load positioning
OEM options for height, color, labels and export packaging

Different lifting heights require consistent mast geometry and dependable interaction between the clamp, carriage and hydraulic system. Our 5–10 QC personnel inspect critical assembly points and operating functions before each drum handling trolley is prepared for shipment.
Mast frames are prepared for the selected 1400, 2000 or 2500 mm configuration, with checks covering straightness, mounting consistency and carriage travel clearance.
Drum-contact and locking components are positioned to support secure engagement with the drum rim while allowing practical pickup, lifting and release.
The manual pump, hydraulic cylinder, seals and lowering control are assembled and checked for smooth lifting response and controlled drum positioning.
Finished units are checked for gripping action, lift and lowering movement, wheel travel, base stability and mast operation across the specified lifting range.
Our factory coordinates steel preparation, mast production, clamp and hydraulic assembly, QC inspection, protective packing and loading supervision. This structured process supports clear order follow-up for importers, distributors and industrial equipment suppliers.
As a drum handling equipment manufacturer, we provide OEM support for lift height, compatible drum specifications, product color, labels and packaging. Configuration details can be reviewed according to drum type, required positioning height and the operating environment.
