How We Control Aluminum Tail Lift Production
A truck tail gate works as part of the vehicle loading system, so platform construction,hydraulic response and mounting accuracy must be controlled together. Our 5–10 QC personnel inspect key components, assembly movement, control functions and completed units before packing.
Lifting Frame Assembly
Load-bearing arms, cross beams, hinges and mounting brackets are aligned and assembled to support stable lifting geometry and reliable connection with the truck chassis.
Hydraulic System Integration
Cylinders, hoses, valves, power units and electrical controls are installed and checked for smooth lifting, controlled lowering, folding movement and responsive operation.
Function and Load Testing
Completed tail lifts are inspected for platform balance, hydraulic leakage, control response,lifting cycles, safety functions and rated-load performance before shipment.
