This range is practical for picking goods from medium and higher storage levels without climbing step ladders repeatedly. Choosing the correct model depends on the highest shelf level that workers need to reach during normal operation. A 2m platform height may be enough for lower stock areas, while 4m or 4.5m platform height is more suitable for taller shelf systems.
The goal is not always to buy the tallest model. Taller models have different overall height and self weight, so buyers should compare shelf height, doorway clearance, floor condition, transport route and storage layout before deciding. A model that fits the aisle and reaches the common picking levels will usually perform better than an oversized unit.
The 300kg capacity should be considered together with operator weight, tools and picked goods. If workers pick light cartons or small packaged items, the capacity gives enough room for normal order collection.
