Green Stationary Hydraulic Scissor Lift Table

Hydraulic Lift Tables

The Hydraulic Scissor Lift Table provides stable vertical positioning for pallets, components, containers, and packaged goods. Its reinforced platform and hydraulic lifting structure deliver Commercial Grade performance for warehouses, production lines, assembly stations, packaging areas, and industrial maintenance facilities.
Products Description

Built for repeated lifting between different working heights, the Hydraulic Scissor Lift Table uses a reinforced scissor mechanism to raise loads smoothly while maintaining platform stability. It can support material feeding, pallet transfer, work positioning, inspection, and production-line handling. Floor-mounted and pit-installed configurations are available for different facility layouts. As an OEM/ODM Manufacturer, we can adjust load capacity, platform dimensions, lifting height, voltage, controls, guardrails, and safety devices. These options make the equipment suitable for Customized Material Handling systems in factories, logistics centers, and automated warehouses.

Green Stationary Hydraulic Scissor Lift Table Features

1. Heavy Load Range for Fixed Cargo Lifting

The SJG range includes 1000kg, 2000kg, 3000kg, 4000kg, 5000kg and 10000kg load levels, giving warehouses and factories more room to match pallet weight, machine parts, material bins or heavy components. The 10000kg model uses a 4000 × 2000mm platform and 1700mm lifting height, which is more suitable for large cargo transfer than ordinary mobile tables.

2. Scissor Structure Matched to Lift Height

Single-scissor models are used for lower lifting heights around 1700mm, tandem-scissor models can reach 3000mm, and multi-scissor configurations extend the lifting range to 4000mm, 5000mm, 6000mm and 9000mm. This structure difference matters because a Hydraulic Scissor Lift Table should be selected by actual floor-to-platform height, not only by capacity.

3. Fixed Deck for Level-to-Level Cargo Transfer

A fixed lifting table helps goods move from one level to another without depending on temporary ramps or repeated forklift adjustment. Once installed at the right position, the deck can become part of the warehouse flow, connecting floor storage, loading platforms, mezzanine areas, production equipment or transfer openings.

4. Large Platform for Pallets and Bulky Goods

Platform sizes include 2500 × 2000mm, 2800 × 2000mm, 4000 × 2000mm, 4500 × 2000mm and 6000 × 2200mm across different models. These larger decks are better for palletized goods, wide loads, long materials and equipment parts that cannot sit safely on small lifting carts.

5. Guide-Assisted Lifting for Stable Movement

The stationary hydraulic lift table is designed with a guide mechanism to support stable lifting during cargo movement. In fixed warehouse or factory use, guided lifting helps the deck move more steadily when goods are raised between working levels or transferred onto another surface.

Application

1. Warehouse Platform Loading

Hydraulic Scissor Lift Table can connect warehouse floor level with a raised loading platform. Workers can place goods on the deck, lift them to the platform height, then move the load into storage, staging or dispatch areas.

2. Factory Production Line Feeding

Factories can use the table to lift parts, semi-finished goods, tooling or material bins to the height of a machine inlet, work platform or assembly section. This helps reduce repeated forklift repositioning around production areas.

3. Storeroom Cargo Elevation

For storerooms with height differences, the table can support vertical cargo transfer between lower and upper working levels. It is useful where goods need to move safely without building a full freight elevator system.

4. Heavy Component Positioning

Workshops handling molds, machinery parts, fixtures or metal components can use a fixed scissor table to raise heavy items to a workable level before inspection, repair, assembly or transfer.

5. Dock and Vehicle Height Adjustment

At loading areas, the table can help match cargo height between the ground, truck bed, platform or transfer point. It is practical when fixed dock height does not always match the goods handling process.

Green Stationary Hydraulic Scissor Lift Table Installed Lifting Station, Not a Push-Around Table

A mobile lift table follows the worker. A Hydraulic Scissor Lift Table usually stays in one planned location and becomes part of the material flow. That changes the whole selection logic. The buyer needs to think about where goods enter the deck, where they leave, how often the lift cycles, and whether pallets, forklifts, carts or conveyors will connect with the platform.

For a packing bench or repair area, a smaller mobile table may be enough. For floor-to-platform transfer, mezzanine feeding or heavy cargo elevation, a stationary scissor lift table gives a wider deck, stronger lifting range and more consistent handover height.

Single Scissor, Tandem Scissor and Multi-Scissor Use

Single-scissor structures are better when goods only need to rise a moderate distance. The platform stays closer to the ground at rest, the lifting route is shorter, and cycle time is easier to control. This works well for dock height adjustment, machine feeding or low platform transfer.

Tandem-scissor and multi-scissor structures are used when the lift height becomes larger. They help the deck reach higher transfer points, but buyers also need to consider pit depth, rated height, platform travel, installation space and surrounding safety design. A higher lifting range should match a real level difference, not just a preference for a taller model.

Project Details for Accurate Quotation

A Hydraulic Scissor Lift Table order should begin with site height, load weight, platform size, cargo type and installation method. Drawings are especially helpful when the table needs to connect with a mezzanine, loading platform, warehouse opening or production machine.

For a fixed lifting station project, prepare the floor-to-floor height, required deck size, maximum load, loading direction, power supply, pit condition and expected cycle frequency. With these details, the suitable scissor structure and motor configuration can be checked before quotation, sample discussion or project production.
