Second, define every required action. “Move the drum” may actually mean picking it from a pallet, traveling 40 meters, passing through a doorway, rotating it, and placing it beside a machine.

Third, measure the route. Include aisle width, turning radius, thresholds, gradients, door clearance, and final working space.
