A reach-style mast allows the Electric Reach Stacker to approach racking closely while keeping the chassis compact during travel. Electric steering and lifting reduce operator effort across repeated shifts, while the stand-on platform supports frequent movement between storage zones. The forks can handle pallet transfer, rack replenishment, and order staging at different lift heights. A clear operating position improves visibility around the load and aisle. 1. 1500kg Load Capacity With Reach Movement

Electric Reach Stacker is designed around a 1500kg rated load and 500mm load center, making it suitable for palletized warehouse goods, packed materials, cartons and stock transfer into rack positions. The 590mm reach distance helps the mast move the forks closer to the storage location, so operators can place pallets into racking more accurately without relying only on truck positioning.

The NRS series includes lifting heights of 2500mm, 3000mm, 3500mm, 4000mm and 5500mm. Stand-On Electric Reach Stacker for Warehouses Choosing by Rack Height and Aisle Space

Lift height should be selected according to real rack beam height, pallet height and the clearance needed above the load. A warehouse using lower storage levels may not need the highest mast, while facilities with taller racks may need the 4000mm or 5500mm models.

Aisle space should be checked at the same time. The turning radius, pedal position, rack depth and pallet size all affect whether the truck can work smoothly inside the storage lane. Buyers should confirm layout drawings before placing a bulk order.


Pallet Size, Fork Adjustment and Tilt Control
