Tiller Control Assembly
Handle components, control levers and return mechanisms are assembled to support clear lifting, neutral and lowering positions during repeated warehouse operation.
A warehouse pallet truck is handled through the tiller during almost every movement, so the relationship between handle control, steering response, hydraulic release and wheel movement directly affects daily operation. Our factory assembles these systems as one coordinated unit, with checks covering handle return, lifting strokes, controlled lowering and directional travel.
With 10 production lines and more than 10 years of material handling equipment experience, we manufacture ergonomic handle pallet trucks for warehouses, logistics centers, distribution facilities and factory material transfer. Stable scheduling supports regular wholesale supply, repeat orders and customized warehouse pallet truck projects.
Three-position handle control for lifting, neutral travel and lowering
Reinforced forks aligned for stable pallet entry and movement
Wheel configurations selected for different warehouse floor conditions
OEM support for color, labels, fork options and export packaging

Production control covers the components operators use most frequently as well as the steel structure carrying the load. Our 5–10 QC personnel inspect key assembly points and finished functions before warehouse pallet trucks are released for packing and shipment.
Handle components, control levers and return mechanisms are assembled to support clear lifting, neutral and lowering positions during repeated warehouse operation.
Pumps, seals and release components are fitted and checked for responsive lifting and controlled fork descent without interrupting normal steering operation.
Steering wheels and load rollers are installed according to the selected configuration, then checked for rotation, clearance and consistent travel along the fork structure.
Finished units are reviewed for handle response, steering range, fork alignment, hydraulic action, wheel movement and overall assembly condition before export packing.
Our production team coordinates material purchasing, frame preparation, handle and hydraulic assembly, QC inspection, packing and loading supervision. This organized workflow gives importers, distributors and warehouse solutions providers clearer control over repeat orders.
As a pallet truck manufacturer, we provide OEM options covering product color, fork dimensions, wheel materials, labels and packaging. Configurations can be reviewed according to pallet type, floor condition, operating frequency and destination-market requirements.
