Manual Carrier Safe Operation Guide

1.Personnel not familiar with the equipment or without training don't operate the Manual Carrier.

2. Check Manual Carrier prior to operation and pay special attention to wheels, handle welding prat assembly, carrier and pedal control arm .

3.Please don't use the Manual Carrier on the muddy or uneven ground. It is easy to cause the vehicle body to roll over and the goods to dump.

4. Don't put your body nearby the local mechanical lifting.on the cargo and below the fork.To avoid body damage caused by delayed reaction.

5. Don't use Manual Carrier to carry personnel. It is strictly prohibited to people standing in the fork out on car .

6. Don't overload.Overload is easy to cause damage to the truck.

7.Operator shall wear gloves for the purpose of protection.

8. Please do not rapid loading the goods on the fork.

9.Don't put the goods on carrier for a long time

10.When moving the goods,please pay attention to the goods in center between the forks,don't put the cargo in the end of the forks.

11. The fork can be reached the maximum loading capacity when the weight of cargo is uniform distribution on the forks .

12.Please confirm the fork length is equal or greater than the pallet length

13.Making the fork in the minimum height when the truck is not working.

14.Do not operate without the designated parts.

15.Operator shall cautiously operate under special circumstances or at special places.
